Today we feature a beautifully simple image taken by Mike Brown near Malin Head in County Donegal. Conditions are unusually calm at this Northerly location, creating a very peaceful setting. Mike explains:
"Malin Head is Ireland's most northerly point. The sea in this part of Ireland is rarely this calm and winter can bring some ferocious storms to the area."
The balance, detail and richness to this black and white shot makes for a very interesting fine art composition. It is a minimalist picture and yet captivating at the same time.
I enjoy the rare moment of tranquillity captured here by Mike.
