Our featured photo today is a stunning evening composition taken by Mike Brown at the Old Head of Kinsale. Located in County Cork, the lighthouse was first built here in the 17th century. The headland has been formed by coastal erosion and consists mainly of sandstone and shale. Mike has captured it here in beautiful evening colours. The long exposure technique softens the waves hitting the rocks and emphasises the turbulence in the ocean.
