Editor's Choice: Photo of the Day

Photographer: Trevor Cole

Today we feature an exceptional image of the Giant's Causeway by Trevor Cole . Situated in County Antrim, its one of the most iconic natural features of Northern Ireland. It was formed by an ancient volcanic eruption and consists of approximately 40,000 interlocked basalt columns pushing out from the earth. Impressively, the tallest columns are over 12 metres high. Consequently, UNESCO classified the Giant's Causeway as a World Heritage site in 1986.

This print is available from €45. You can browse or buy Trevor Cole's prints here.
