Today we feature a beautifully different perspective of the mainland of County Cork by Trish Punch. She has photographed it from Bere Island which has a population of 200 people and is reputedly named by the second century King of Munster, Mogh Nuadat after his wife Beara. The rugged coastline of Cork is emphasised by dramatic light and shadows in this composition. Trish comments:
"View of the mainland from the lighthouse walking trail on Bere island on the Beara peninsula."
This print is available from €45. An incredible set of new images has just been added to Trish's gallery. Take a look here.
