Today we feature a fantastic shot by Reuben Fields of the Samuel Beckett bridge in Dublin City Centre. He has captured the scene on a beautiful clear night. The reflection on the river Liffey adds a great symmetry to the composition. Reuben explains:
"It was a beautiful day in Dublin so I knew the evening sky would be clear. My initial plan was to take some photos of Dublin airport this evening, but when I got there the blue lights in terminal 1 were not on. So i decided to head into the city centre and take some long exposure shots of my favourite bridge."
The architecture and lighting of Samuel Beckett Bridge (designed to appear like a Celtic harp) looks fantastic. The blue neon glow from the Convention Centre Dublin adds life and vibrance. The city feels alive! A great shot by Reuben especially for a native Dubliner like myself!
Reuben Field's prints are available from €45. You can browse his stunning gallery here.
