Editor's Choice: Photo of the Day

 Photographer: Emma McArdle

Today we feature a great shot of historic Newgrange in Co. Meath by Emma McArdle. Emma comments:

"Newgrange is a prehistoric monument located about one kilometre north of the River Boyne. It was built during the Neolithic period around 3000 BC to 2500 BC, making it older than the Egyptian pyramids. For such a huge monument, there is only one small passageway of 19 metres which you get to enter during the tour."

You can buy this print mounted from €45.  Browse Emma McArdle's stunning print collection.
