Today we feature an image of the railway viaduct in Cahersiveen, Co. Kerry by Frederick Bancale. Situated on the Ring of Kerry, its rugged beauty attracts many to it travelling along the Wild Atlantic Way. From mountainous landscape to beautiful beaches and forest, Cahersiveen has much to offer. It is also the location where the first shots were fired during the Fenian Rising in 1867 in a rebellion against British rule.
